Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Free shipping on all orders over £50.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. EU orders within 4–7 business days. Rest of world 7–14 business days. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.
What is your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, with tags. Initiate a return by writing to contact@sacily.shop with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link to the email used at checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — to exchange for a different size, simply return the original item and place a new order. We'll refund the original as soon as we receive the return.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for instalments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order has been processed and cannot be changed.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, write us at contact@sacily.shop with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
