We want you to love your Sacily purchase. If you're not 
completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
— Unworn and unwashed
— In original condition with all tags attached
— In original packaging

How to Return
1. Email us at support@sacily.com with your order number
2. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours
3. Send your item back using a tracked shipping service
4. Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 
business days

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear 
on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
— Sale items
— Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item 
and place a new order.
